Would you change your vote in the 2008 election if given the choice?
    #14029931 - 02/26/11 11:19 AM (13 years, 7 days ago)

I have noticed that there is quite a bit of Obama bashing going on out there in the world.  I am just curious if anybody would change their vote in the 2008 presidential election given the choice.  I know that I sure as hell would make the same vote today that I did then.  Just some food for thought.  Thanks

Didn't vote but I'm glad the election turned out the way it did.
John Mccain could be in office now.
:albundy: Thank nonexistent Jesus that didn't happen.

I will vote in the next election.

My point exactly.  Palin probably would  have quit by now to write her book or whatever.

I voted Obama.

Nope, I wouldn't change my vote. Why? Because no matter who you "vote in" the government is just going to do whatever they want anyways. The president is just a face in a suit, the real decision making is behind the scenes.

Voting is an illusion.

I voted for Obama, I'm gonna vote for him again, even if Ron Paul wins the Republican primaries.

I voted for constitutionalist party and wouldn’t change my vote, but I think we needed the ridiculous disaster that obama is to wake americans up. The democrats are just a shit party and always have been, from their racist roots to the enslavement of the populous via entitlement programs now. They perpetuate their victim mentalities preaching government is the only answer to people's woes and building their ruling class by segregating people into groups and empowering themselves off the emotional masses. Id like to see something more objective replace that shit party.

:lolsy:

I voted for Obama, sadly. I would definitely change my vote. But it wouldn't have been McCain that I voted for either.

Its sad, voting is starting to seem like a joke to me anyway.

More of a nutella, really.

Obama might support decriminalization in his second term, especially if the Republicans have Ron Paul arguing for legalization. The democrats would be sore at Ron Paul if he won and might try to block any decrim/legalization legislature. If Obama tries it the Republicans might let it go through and praise it as a bipartisan win that they were responsible for. Regardless of speculation, legalization is the only thing Ron Paul has going for him IMO and none of the other Republican front-runners would get my vote.
