The white ropey stuff looks like rhizomorphic mycelia
The fluffy stuff all over your stems is Myc too, Fuzzy stems are caused by lack of FAE,
Those fruits are telling you something give them what they need and they will give you love.
the MOAR you fan the better.
Humidity is especially important at the pinning stage.
good luck.

if you use a fan don't have it blowing directly at your FC.it will dry everything out especially if you can't attend to it.

no like exhaust, it would be taking the air OUT and where would i put it? if you look at my set up its like 4 containers glued into eachother with the bottoms cut out. so the fan would go somewhere in the middle?

You want the FAE to come through the bottom and circulate imo.

Shotgun terrarium tek. When I designed it, I was working 12 hour days on graveyard shift. The tubs went 13 to 14 hours per day with no attention whatsoever. That's what it was designed for. RR

Sure, but put it on a timer so it goes on maybe 1/2 hour in 3 or so. Allows your RH to recover inbetween FAE. Get a little manual timer at Lowes or wherever to do that and run it off a 9-12v transformer.

Computer fans push a lot of air (relative to a tub), so you would need to restrict outflow, or use some other strategy to control FAE. I don't really like the cheap hour timers because they are limited in the number of cycles per day. For a little more money you can buy a variable repeat cycle timer, which is what I use to control humidity with an ultrasonic humidifier.
For air exchange, I use a cool mist. I run it dry. I drilled some holes in the cover and connect the cool mist to the tubs with 1/2" tubing. This restricts the air flow to around 10 exchanges per hour, and I run it 24/7. It takes some tinkering with the variables: tube diameter, tube length, and number of holes in the cool mist cover.
I've also played around with shotgun tubs, and found that most of the ultrasonic mist remains in the tubs, which would probably be a better option... but I have the cool mist working well and it's saving me from drilling a bunch more holes.

Just run 'em on a low voltage and they work perfectly fine. If you have a closed system, set the fan to exhaust and draw FA in through the filters (polyfill).
In my aquarium gravel fruiting chamber with constant bottom heat RH% is never a problem, it just takes a dip during the half hour of gentle air exchange.
You certainly don't need multiple air exchanges per hour, the oxygen in the chamber doesn't get exhausted in the couple-three hours between FAE cycles.
And, oh yeah, whatever. (almost forgot )
