Hi,I'm new here but I have been wacthing since 4-5 years.I'm not new to this hobby. My ultimate goal is to start a small edible compagny.I want to thanks the shroomery because I learned really much from there.
Now my question is: I have buy a hepa filter custom made and I have a hard time finding the right blower for it and the cfm rating.I emailed fp and they told me that the most powerful blower they have is not enough. It is 1654 cfm a 1" static pressure.I doubt that but they are expert so I'm probably wrong.I tried two 465 CFM and it seemed to work, I mean I put a lighter in front of it and the flame was moving and really close,it extinguish. So now my question is, considering that there are a limited avaibility of high power blower on ebay, fp or elsewhere(otherwise at huge cost),can you help me to let me know what would be the best option.Something like 2 or 3 blower of 465 cfm or...... (and the correct cfm rating,I have an idea but want to be sure)
I don't want in any way to spam, feel free to remove it but it give more specs:

SCFM: 683
effieciency: 99.998 @ 0.3 micron

Thanks very much for your time and answer, it will be really appreciated.

It sounds like you have too much blower already. A lighter flame should not extinguish when placed right next to the flowhood filter. It should bend over 45 degrees to 60 degrees, but not flicker or blow out.
For your filter, you want around 700 to 800 cfm at .6" to .8" W.G.
There's plenty of fudge room in that figure, but it sounds like the two blowers you have now are fine, or you can get one larger one. If the flow is too much, block off part of the intake to reduce it. RR
