Sharing a house with two friends, though they're getting a divorce, so I'm not sure how it'll all play out.

3 months ago I ended a 5 year relationship with my girlfriend. Since then I quit my job and sold all of my things. I lived in a cabin in the mountains for about a month, then moved down to las vegas to stay with my sister and her family for a bit. Hiking around and having fun in the sun. Ive been here for about a month, and in a few weeks Ill be heading down to texas to wwoof on a farm for another month, where I will be living in a tent in the middle of butt fuck nowhere. After that, Ill be heading back to Utah. Ive got a good friend who lives alone in the canyons. Ill room mate with him for a bit, where my old job is waiting for me to return. After that...Im not sure. Probably save some more money and hit the road again

i don't think so, but i never really cared to investigate it. it was very, very sudden and nobody can figure out what really happened. i wouldn't be surprised if it was someone else, but honestly i think she's just incapable of love. very self possessed and emotionally dysfunctional. i made nothing but sacrifices for her.
but, i'm coming up on finishing my first year of school and i've moved on with someone else. i think i'm starting to see the beginnings of my next life taking shape.

I'm almost 22 and I still live at home.
I'm planning to go to school at the university here though, so I have no reason to get an apartment in the same city I can live for free Plus, when we bought the house the downstairs was a separate apartment, but we put stairs going down to connect the two floors, so that's where my room is. It's basically an apartment to me and my brother.
My family is awesome, though. Totally chill, and I can basically do whatever I want. Dad smokes weed and we have sessions almost daily, and mom doesn't care either and partakes every now and then. We were actually talking about starting a grow to save money
When I'm finished school in about 4 years, I'm planning on moving to another city in Canada, though. Probably B.C or something.

Same here, but instead of a cat - a big dog and doing only 1 class in college
but cons: in a bad area... impossible to do a grow

I just moved into a small 3 bedroom house in a small town in central Ohio. Drive about 20 miles to work everyday. Girlfriend, her dog and two cats are moving in tomorrow.
I hope to buy a house with some land in a year or two. I'm waiting until the girl graduates uni.

I just bought a house last May. It's only 2 mi from my office, and I have 1 friend/roommate that helps with the mortgage. My house has a finished walkout basement, and a kitchen on each floor, so it's kind of like a duplex where we each have our own living space. My door opens to the front yard, and his door opens to the back yard. It's a pretty sweet setup, and we have lots of room for entertaining. I wish I had a bigger yard, but 1/3 acre will have to do for now!
I'm hoping to move my girlfriend of 4 years in sometime soon, but she wants a ring first. I am thinking about buying her one after I get my 1st time home-buyers credit back this spring!
