Even with a prenup, you two are moving forward together as a couple, so it's likely that she takes half.

a prenup is as binding as any other contract, I got divorced and she got
nothing but what I agreed to and that's without a prenup, she gets $100/mo
in child support and gets to live in my house until the kids are 18

My guess is that it depends on the structure of the prenup and (at least partially) on how hard someone is willing to fight for their share.

I'm not a lawyer, so I won't present my opinion as fact.  I'm merely passing along information gained through casual conversation with my attorney/lawyer friend.

You could imagine a person who says:  "I stayed home and raised the kids for 15 years. This allowed my partner to spend more time at work, get promoted make more, while I passed on professional advancement".  This also amounts to 250k in day care expenses saved.

Even with a prenup, I could imagine that view presented as a valid argument.
