I know usually for vegetable, it always better to save seeds from 8~9 plants to prevent inbred-depression. So what the case of cannabis since they r usually sold in very small amounts.

Well I guess it all depends on a few things. What generation are you working with? F1 cross? F2?
Also depends on what your goals are, do you have a specific plant you want to try and breed towards (maybe do some cubing such as the case of C99)
Or are you just trying to collect seeds for your next crop?
Depends on what generation mostly, if you just got it from a breeder, its probably an F1 (depending of course) so if you were to pick some parents... either way, no matter which or how many you pick, you will end up with tons of variation, from the original mother to the original father.
I hope that kind of makes sense, but if it doesn't, this may help F1: freezeland X R2
The offspring will be VERY uniform ( look at punnet square, all dominant traits will show (aA, bB))
F2: (freezeland X R2) X (freezeland X R2)
Here is where you will have the most variation (and the best for "looking" for what kind of plant you want.
You will have pretty much everything from the mom to the dad, and everything in between
F3: Here the plants start to become more uniform depending on the F2 parents chosen, but to get a consistant line, you may have to bring it up to F8 or more... all depends on what you are looking for.

I get the basic of plant genetic. Mainly, I wanna save seeds for next crops. MJ r still new to me. I'm surprise people save seeds from MJ that are F1 hybrid (not true to type) probably due to they are hard to obtain.

If you're just planning on collecting seeds, then you should probably just pick your favorite male/female combo, and if you find two of each you like, you could just let them have a gang bang. With using more plants you'll get more seeds (too many to deal with right?) but you are cutting out how much bud you'll get.
I don't think you really need to worry about inbred-depression too much, I've seen some funny-ish looking plants that come down the line after some breeding (one just had long slender buds, with big huge seed bracts... very different from what I was expecting, I think it was around f5 or f7. It wasn't mine either, so the info is second hand, but yeah, I don't think you have to worry.
Someone else might have some better info on breeding depression, but either way, just grab some nice looking plants and let them go at it, you can really only tell whats going to happen after you plant the seeds.
Enjoy man, I wish you the best in your seed journey.
And yeah, sometimes F1 plants are just great. Seems some breeders like to use F1s as their strains because they are pretty uniform, and if you can have uniformity at F1 rather than breeding to F6 or something, its time saved for sure, especially since most people don't make seeds.
