what can go wrong...

in my opinion i think these are bullet proof brf cakes, i have em under plastic 2 litter bottles for humidity and a lamp that keeps it at a good 80 degrees fahrenheit.
like a usual plant cycle i go 12 hours light 12 hours dark, i do great maintenance to not let them dry up and air em out a couple times a day.
Its been two weeks for the right cake and i only see a little tiny pin and a week for the others. should it take that long?? before there were no shroomariums and no heat source, so i guess that plays a role.

They need a constant flow of fresh air! Throw that bottles out. Build a SGFC with holes on all 6 sides.

What he said... You need air circulation of some sort. You also need something to keep the moisture up higher then just the bottles will maintain.

I don't think it needs to be at 80 degrees.. Its should be a little bit cooler than what you incubated them at. anywhere from 68-75 I think is ideal for fruiting temps. and they need a lot more fresh air exchange (FAE) more than 2 times a day. 4-6 times a day or more light misting and heavy fanning FAE is the best pinning trigger. what kind of bulb you got? is this your first grow? you need a bulb that reads "daylight" on the box it comes in 6500k it should say, 60 watt. mines a 15 watt but it gives off the same as a 60 watt bulb, but its an energy saving light. seems to work fine. what are those bottles sitting in? and is the perlite also inside the bottles? it'd be a good idea to put some in those bottles to keep the humidity us as well.

As opposed to just putting holes in the bottles ...
But yeah, add some holes and maybe cut the heat back just a little.

I disagree. The perlite will keep the humidity up, even if there weren't bottles. It's the same as a shotgun, just without the holes.

so fresh air exchange huh...i was thinking about that too about putting holes into the bottles for a good way of FAE, i would buy that other fancy stuff but i think its not necessary since their 1/2 pint brf jars
yes lil.brooke this is my first grow all i did was just plant the bottles into the perlite and the light bulb i have is those adjustable ones so i don't know how much watts its giving out, so i just keep it about 10 degrees higher than it is in my room

I'd poke some holes throughout the bottles then. all through the sides and the bottom, space em' about an inch and a half apart and make sure they get plenty of fae. every few hours or at least 4 times a day. a regular bulb will work but you dont want it to dry out your cakes with the heat, if you can get your temps to the mid 70's instead of bein in the 80 degree range then they should start pinning in no time.

It almost looks like the bottles could be in a SGFC? Maybe just stick with that and Occam's razor. The design of the FC should hold enough humidity that you wouldn't need the bottles, I think that even with holes in them they restrict FAE more than maintain RH, which could also be the cause for your lack of pinning
