I'm gonna do it Friday(on my own time), other shroomerites should try then post results. I'm betting I score around above 240 but I haven't done all three together in a while.
do sit ups, then pull ups(palms facing out, pull up above chin then drop, doesn't matter how fast you go down don't work when ya don't need to), then 3 miles run.
Highest score gets bragging rights, I know some asshole will be able to run 3 miles in 18 though which pisses me off my fastest yet was 22 minutes but that wasnt after crunches and pull ups.
Good luck.

I'd be around 250-260.
I can max out the pull ups and crunches, and run about a 25:00 3 mile. Maybe push it to 24:00 if I had a great run.

Just because I used to be big into the Marine Corps and Navy SEAL workout routines... and am pretty out of shape now... I will try this for the lulz.

Do it and post back, this will show me how much more work I need to do and it'll be a fun competition.
I was hitting 20 pull ups consistently when I was using the armstrong pull up plan but I realized that I could do it and kinda started slacking off lol I went today and hit 17 and couldnt go further. getting the 200 from the pull ups/sit ups I bet I'll get when I'm there and that takes a lot off your mind because from there, your score is legit if you have the initial 200.
2ndLt. told me above a 270 is what I could get if i put in the work but it's probably not reasonable to get much closer to 300, I can't run like that, consistent 6 min. miles is insane to me.

Also I should add that I'll be doing the 3 miles on a track so I hope you all do too or else the scores won't be right if people have to hit a hill or somethin.

I don't have a track available for a proper run.
I run once a week on a treadmill. I can pretty easily do 5 miles under 45 min (9:00/min mile). I have no idea how that would translate to track/real running, so I conservatively said 8:00 min miles.
I do pull-ups every other week. Unweighted I usually do 4 sets of 10-15, but have moved to weighted and even moved to muscle-ups. The pull-ups would be the easiest.
Admittedly, I'm guessing on the sit-ups, but I do a pretty intense "ab class" at my gym 3x/week for 15 min.
I'll see if I can get an outdoor run route down and take a shot.
This has to be done all at once right? How much time between each exercise?

it's not bad to pass, it's hard as fuck to get a 300.
Who knows though, if my job was running and marching all day maybe I could actually get it now that I think about it. 80% of my day I'm in classes, sitting on my butt studying and writing papers. I bet if my job pertained to physical fitness(which it will regardless of if I join) I bet I could possibly get it.
My older brother ran it in 18:10 but he's also 6"4 and I'm 5"8

when I did it I had 2 minutes between the sit ups and pull ups then I had to hop in a van and go to a 3 mile stretch of flat land which was like a 15 minute drive. I'll do it exactly like that, who knows if there's actually 15 minutes inbetween though but I'll ask Kada asap and do what he says cause he's a marine.

-_-
the pft is easy kid
scored a 298 for the run just make sure you start hydrating the day before. for the pull ups, if you decide to join, when you hit the fleet you can do pull ups under hand. --they're much easier for the crunches if you cant do 100 then thats pathetic. but if your buddy cant do 100
well then, i guess its up to integrity.
just putt outtt!!!
hey and on the run, if you aint puking your wrong. hoorah?

I'm willing to give this a go. Almost certain I could get a 300. Need to find a pull up bar...
Just saw that your running on a track so 6 min. miles wouldn't be a problem.

i play marine 9-5
and uh, hm. depends on your work out o.O
it really takes a fitness guru to tell you that, not a marine. marines are stupid. luckily you gotchur self a here neither
but uhh you should let your muscles rest for a day. --taking into account that you put out, and your broke off. you should be working out different muscles different days.
its like you gotta find a routine that works for you, ya know? me?
i do p90x amazzing work out. the guy seems like hes on odrugS or something``

I'm not a marine, but the website you posted says the PFT is to be completed within 2 hours. So if you got <Half an hour for the run, and exactly 2 minutes for the sit ups, that leaves you some decent 20 minute breaks between everything if you want.

Minimum Fitness Requirments for Each PFT Event - Males Age Pull-Ups Crunches 3-Mile Run 17-26 3 50 28:00 27-39 3 45 29:00 40-45 3 45 30:00 46+ 3 40 33:00
It is sad to me that in 2 months, I'm allowed to do 5 less crunches and 0:20 slower on my mile.

I scared the shit out of myself earlier, thought I did some serious damage to the left knee
I was sitting here and my knee felt like it had to pop so I twisted it medially too far and there was this gross tearing sound, it fuckin hurt. I was like WTF!? Tried picking straightening my leg out, it was so sore instantly I could feel it swelling, I couldnt straighten or bend it, I limped to the bathroom, sat down for a deuce, got back up, it was gone that fast. Never popping my knee joint ever again I thought I was going to have to back out of this.
