Mycelium bruising or Trich?

Hi all,
I noticed this patch of dark blueish staining on the side of my mycelium, similar small patches are visible in a couple of other areas on the same side of the tub.
I was initially convinced this was trichoderma, but since I've just started getting pins I thought I'd leave it a few days to see if it spread.
It's now been 3 days and the patch hasn't grown and no new developments have emerged elsewhere. I'm now thinking it may be mycelium bruising as it's the part that I've squeezed before when lifting the tub out of the humidity bag.

If any of you could confirm for me once and for all whether it's a contam or just bruising that'd be fantastic. As I intend to do a pf tek next (just ordered the syringe!) I don't wanna risk contaminating my room with trich spores.
If it is just bruising I'll be sure to post up some pics of my grow!
Thanks,
J

You'll be fine.
When mycelium fully colonizes a substrate. It is pretty contaminate resistant. You shouldn't have much to worry about Just mist, fan, & repeat as necessary.
Enjoy!

This. I tend to get a lot of bruising at the top of my cakes for some reason, and at first it scared me because I thought it was a contam.

I actually pour water in a hollow on the top filled with verm. I get the bruising in the jars, but it usually goes away after dunking.
