If the antichrist represents 'evil'.. wouldn't we be able to figure out what 'good' truly is through him? So in sense wouldn't he be 'saving' us?

If we take the view that western civilization can be equated with the Roman empire, then could Osama Bin Laden be equated with Jesus ?

Well Giza you are assuming that good and evil are relative concepts.
According to Christian teaching God is Absolute in his goodness which means that he does not need evil in order to define his goodness.
Can you please offer your argument as to why you believe that good and evil are relative.

This is a question for bible believers.. They believe in good & evil..
God doesn't need evil to define his goodness But the common folk need some help with what actually is a 'sin' and what is not. And if all the antichrist is, is evil.. then doing the opposite would be 'good' would it not?

Yes they believe in Good & Evil but I'm asking you what makes you think these concepts are relative?
Would it be possible to have a planet where only good existed? Or a planet where only evil existed?
But let's assume that's christians do believe that good and evil are relative terms. Then I would agree that doing the opposite to the antichrist is considered good.

How are good & evil not relative? If there was none of one there would be none of the other. If one did not know of evil, how would they know of good? If one did not know of good, how would they know of evil? Good creates evil and evil creates good.
The planet question: Would be possible if everyone followed the same morals and beliefs.

Hey Giza there is a very good paper written on this by someone a lot smarter than us. It's not long but it does directly answer your question. Would you mind reading it?

I am quite offended , I don't usually read to spark my intuition but I will give it a look when I have some time.

Well I do a lot of reading. It's kinda like talking to people who have dedicated their lives to a particular topic.
PLus it's a lot easier for me to point you to someone who has already answered your question than for me to try and answer it myself!! :P
