I've had them. Kinda a lot of work for the payoff IMO. They are damn tasty though.

I love the artichoke. They taste great and also make beautiful flowers with the craziest brightest blue color.

In a steamer is how I do it, although I hear a pressure cooker works wonderfully.

One of the greatest finger foods that nature produces.

I like mine with mayonnaise.
