Glovebox, fine. Polyfil > tyvek. Case it, spawn it, g2g and GLC it. MAke your SGFC into a hybrid MSG tub by lining it with a black plastic bag.
-------------------- You make it all possible. Doesn't it feel good?

My list for grain is....
Pressure cooker Tyvek filters I use 1/2 pint, pint, AND quart jars... Wild bird seed (WBS) coir still air box trays for your bulk (I use plastic, straight aluminum trays will be eaten by the mycelium) a nice sized strainer gypsum micropore tape to cover the injection hole you make in the filter when you inoculate
no flow hood needed
FC can be an MSG like Doc_T sometimes does..or a Monotub....Many options here...You can use a SGFC with perlite and just put your trays in there.....
You don't want to fruit the WBS as cakes because you won't get crap. You will have to break it up and then case it or spawn to bulk. I recommend coir for the bulk sub because its cheap (assuming you don't have access to free horse poo and have a pet store near you). Only main concerns to have are studying the best ways to dry your grains after the whole process of soaking and simmering before you load up the jars....and pasteurizing the coir mix after the your grain jars are colonized.....
http://www.shroomery.org/9030/Docs-Wild-Bird-Seed-Tek
the only thing about this tek is you will have to dry out your seed more than just letting it sit in a strainer for 15 minutes.....and I don't use polyfill, I just have two 1/4 inch holes in my quart jar lids and cover with tyvek filter, then I just cover the inoc hole with mircropore tape after I inject
-------------------- The mushrooms, which grow only during the season of torrential rains, awaken the forces of creation and produce an experience of spiritual abundance, of an astonishing, inexhaustible constitution of forms that identifies them with fertility and makes them a mediation, a means of communion, of communication between man and the natural world of which they are the metaphysical flesh.
