Stopped colonization (picture)

Hello there,

I have a BRF PF-Tek jar with the Tapalpa strain that was innoculated more than 2 months ago. During the first 3 weeks, he was damn quick to colonize (the fastest one in my 8 jars) but suddenly, at 90% colonized, he slowed down considerably so now he's the only one not 100% colonized yet. I would say colonisation completely stopped now. The 5% left is at the bottom of the jar.

What should I do? Put it in my terrarium even if it's not 100% colonized?? Tell me what you think. Thanks...

After opening it, I saw mycellium growth threw the dry vermiculite layer. It smells humidity, nothing more. No bad smell or anything. Based on odor, it looks ok.

The colonization slowed down 3 or 4 weeks ago so I flipped it over but I don't have a lid for this one. I'm using 3 layer of alluminium.  Flipping is probably not enough... I'll just make some holes in the alluminium and flip it.

I don't think the jar is dry since I can see some significant amount of water on sides when I'm moving the jar around.

I'll wait a week and see and if it doesn't colonize more, I'll try to fruit.

What are the risks of fruiting a cake that is not 100% colonized?  Higher risks of contams during fruiting?  Less fruits? (well, that's for sure.. )

thanks!

It is just 0. The 2 signifies that whichever compound that is from requires a 2 - ? ration of oxygen to __.
