pick bigger ones now or wait for the rest to catch up?

This is the first flush. I haven't seen any new pins developing in the last couple days so I think this is going to be it until I re dunk and see what happens.
Should I pick the larger ones now or wait for the ones that are still developing to finish up and pick/dry them all in one sweep? Does it matter at all?

No need to harvest all it once. Pick each one when it's ready (veil breaks)

Should the same sort of mentality be applied to dunking? There are a few cakes in that tub that haven't seen much action in the way of pinning. So, if they actually had no first flush, should I continue to hold out or go ahead and dunk them sooner rather than later?

depends, pick them up, if they feel light like a cork dunk them, if they are still heavy with water wait.

i would dunk all of the cakes at the same time even the ones that didnt fruit let them finish the flush n dunk them all
