No but when you are a noobie asking to meet with members it does look a little suspicious, when many of those members have admitted to illegal activity such as magic mushroom hunting.

nice going subliminal vision my last pick was about a week ago closer to two now but my favourite patch has some little pins still, I have been watering them infrequently because there is a body of water nearby and I found a bucket, but I was told by a friend that as the temperature changes the alkaloidal ratios alter giving what he described as a gnarlier trip. Not sure if this is true and I have not yet experienced any noticeable difference, does anyone else know if this is credible?

sorry for bumping such an old thread! I went through 50 pages, reading each and every post, looking at every picture that was still up and hopefully now I know what I am going be looking for during the 2011 season. I do have a few questions but I will keep those for another time, some amazing pictures in this thread and I have come to terms I have seen a few Sub's in the past year and even an fly alargic just before September!
thank you everyone for the great pictures.

Good luck MJ, thats a fair read I reckon. Don't know if it is just me but it seems to be getting colder already here in Melb, could just be an anomalous period and the temp could increase again but last night and tonight have been pretty cold. I don't think I'll be hunting all that much this year I have far to many RCs and I don't want to hold on to them all year so I'll probably be using them most or selling them to friends. Although I do not think I could resist the occasional shroom trip.

Yeah, it has been really cold down here in melb. It was 10 degrees yesterday morning.
I've been looking in my usual spots a bit, but i haven't seen anything.
