I can tell you that this is false. Right now I'm working out and such but at points in my life I'd just get high and munch out all the time, with no work out or anything and there was no way in hell I was burning even half of the calories I took in, but I'd never be able to gain a single pound. When you start not giving a fuck thats when your life is instantly better. Who really cares what other people think. If their rude assholes just walk on and never see them again. People who can keep friends keep them for a reason. If everyone did this then their would be great segregation against assholes and they would learn to keep their mouth shut. Anyway thats the way it works in my circle.

height 6foot 2 weight 155 BMI =19.9

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
* Overweight = 25–29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

It is true, but your metabolism is a big factor. If youre a hard gainer, you need 3500+ calories a day if youre a bigger guy. If youre a regular, average guy maybe 2500. Count your calorie intake.
