Time to pin?

Soo ive had some jars of wbs that have been fully colonized for a while now and I recently decided to use them for a monotub. I had 6 quarts with coir spawn. Did everything correctly and I was just waiting 10 days for the bin to colonize. Today is day 7 and I decided to sneek a quick peek at the bin and found this.
So I was wondering if i should go ahead and start a light cycle for pinning or if i should wait an extra couple days just to be safe.

SWEET.. gotta love that.. i would wait another day or so, because i still see some uncolonized coir on the top.. I usually wait 24 hours or so after I see the visible part of the sub fully colonized, to make sure that it gets all down in the middle as well..
then, I case with pure verm (which is my personal choice), do a casing run, then fruit..
looking good though.. i dig
ps: you could always fruit uncased.. giggity

you wont see pins until you start fruiting.. unless you are somehow getting FAE or light while doing your spawn run?
when pins show, you ARE fruiting, you cant see pins, and then start fruiting, because that process has already started

apparently youve never had your pf tek jars pin in vitro
i forgot about trays before in the back of my closet and when i opened them up there were pins all over
ive also had big trays not only pin but get huge. skinny as hell, but huge, before remembering about them and then opening them up to FAE and light
if you do a bit of research you will find

RogerRabbit said: The major pinning triggers are in order of importance, full colonization, a decrease in CO2 levels due to increased air exchange(not gas exchange which is minimal), a steady rate of evaporation from the substrate or casing layer, and lastly, light.
i had trays that i thought were 100%
so i was eager to put in "fruiting condidtions"
i took off the tinfoil lid, set under a light, fan and misted
and some of these trays contaminated
so when i tossed em out i took a look at the cross section and i saw that its wasnt 100% colonized. it looked 100% from the outside but the inside still had some work left to do.
IT looked like a layer cake lol
so after reading RRs research i decided that by waiting for pinning while in the incubation, high co2 stage, i would ensure that the substrate was indeed 100% colonized before putting into "fruiting conditions"
the way i did it before the cake would still sit there for a couple weeks anyway before I saw any pins and it takes a bit of work to "initiate" pinning by misting/fanning etc
now i set it and forget it, then open it up when i see a bunch of pins then its just a few more days until harvest
