5HT2A
I have a feeling that'll be the winner.
Cannabinoid's a close second though.

If your looking at sigma, I have some info for you. I was looking at the sigma receptor for so long relating it to my OCD but I finally figured out the cause. Im still writing my paper about it actually.
Whats your experiences with the sigma receptor? Im really curious to know if its the same reason

Some of the most euphoric and awesome drugs are sigma agonists. I wonder what exactly it contributes to each drug. It's said to produce both euphoria and anxiety.
