Picking Question

My friend has problems actually picking the shrooms off of his cakes.... he was wondering if it would be ok to simply cut them off with a pair of sharp scissors?

I think it would be ok but I worry about contams as it rots... Grab at the base and twist.

DO NOT cut with a pair of scissors
gently twist like sixcee say's
and casing with cos makes shroommies easy to harvest
at least thats what kramer says :laugh:
