Cakes n Breaks all day.

So in jail there wasn't shit to do but play cards, read books, write & read to loved ones and friends, exercise, and make cakes n breaks.
If you've been to jail I'm sure you know about cakes n breaks.....if you haven't they aren't the healthiest thing but damn they are good for some reason..
Our cakes.....We'd all throw down a couple racks of peanut butter cookies, a couple snickers bars ( or whatever candy bars we had off commissary ), granola bars, pudding leftover from certain lunches ( if we had pudding that day ) and vanilla wafers.
Best one we made while I was there......
We took about 8 racks of cookies, and took all the peanut butter out of the middle ( they were like oreos with peanut butter in the middle instead of cream ) with a bristled tooth brush as a scraper. We'd put all the peanut butter from the middle into a cup and add a little water and stir it til it was a nice thick paste. We'd take a bag of vanilla wafers, and the leftover cookie part of the PB cookies and put them in a coffee bag and grind them down to powder and add water to make it a dough.
We'd take the dough and flatten it into a nice square, and spread the peanut butter all over the top of the "dough" with our "scraper". Then we'd take a couple snickers bars and cut it into tiny pieces with a cleaned out deodorant lid and sprinkle it on top, then crush up a granola bar and sprinkle it across the top, and we'd crush up a butter finger and put it over the top. Take chocolate pudding and spread it all over the top, and while this was all taking place a couple hershey bars would be floating around in the hot water in a sink clogged with a playing card, and we'd cut the corners of em and drizzle the chocolate all over the pudding covered peanut butter cake.
Cut with toothbrush scraper into somewhat even pieces and make sure everyone gets their share, and hook up some of the unluckier guys in jail with a piece or two, over some decaf coffee while we sang shitty 80's songs and made fun of the WTF?'s in jail.
Our breaks would be 20 bags of potato chips, mixed with saltine crackers, hard boiled eggs, bread from breakfast , chex mix, hot fries, sometimes veggies from lunch, covered in beef sticks and hot cheese sauce.
We'd crush all the chips and saltines and chex mix into one big bag, and add water to make it a dough, then add in hard boiled eggs, bread, and sometimes potatoes or veggies. We'd flatten this dough out and, Then we'd throw in whatever meat people would hoard from meals ( chicken, lunch meat, fish ) and chop it up with the deodorant lid and sprinkle it on top with chopped up beef sticks and a bag of nacho chips crushed up, then drizzle a couple bags of jalapeno cheese sauce over the top, cut up and eat.
Anyone got some good make shaft jail recipes? I know all about foxies, hooch, cakes n breaks, but not much else.
Let's hear some jail cookin stories.

Got nothing.
I only learned about shaking the spoon on people a week ago. Don't know if people still do that shit.

The only ones I can remember was a top ramen and cheatos mixture. Never tried it. Than one crazy nut took a pouch of coffee(freeze dried) 10 packs of cocoa and one pack of lemon aid. Mixed it all together with the smallest amount of water. Turned it into tasty crack.

We did that too, but threw in like 10 packs of kool aid too, some instant tea, and a ton of crushed jolly ranchers......they called it foxy. I only got down on one or two of those, they taste like shit, and just gave you a retarded strong sugar high.

Ya breaks are pretty much prison pizzas, you just don't get much off commissary in county to work with. Prison commissary gives you a lot more to......bake.....with....?
It's like boy scouts for the ghetto.

Yeah the coffee cocoa one was actually pretty good. It was more of a solid than a liquid and just eating a few spoon fulls, woke ya the fuck up.
Oh and of course pruno, not bad on ice.
