In a transparent LDPE bag, with a mini atmosphere inside (bubble),
will there be any gas exchanges esp when , there is no filter in the bag?

Also, instead of grain spawn, i added in 8 petri dish growing mycelium.
Is the heat generated too much as the shiitake mycelium consumes, the saw dust and corn grain?

You'll need a filter for gas exchange.  If not, the shiitake mycelium won't survive the 2 to 3 months it needs to stay in the bag.

I doubt the agar culture will take off into the sawdust, but you'll know soon enough.

Make a homemade filter patch to put over the bag opening.  Cut a little piece of 2" PVC pipe and put the pipe over the bag opening.  Pull back the bag opening over the PVC pipe, put tyvek over that and rubber band the tyvek to the pipe.  I usually use TWO tyvek covers so there isn't too much air exchange.

Your grow would take off MUCH faster using grain spawn, but small doses of myc would eventually work, just painfully slow.
