Tips for drying prints?
    #13986033 - 02/18/11 06:15 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

I need to make a few prints in the few days and have never had problems in the past, but recently I have been told to air dry in my glove box.
I have tried this method a few times as well agian with success but am wondering if any of you all have any tips or other methods for takeing/drying prints I may find useful or helpful?

I put mine in sterilized covered Tupperware containers to print and then additional 24 hours to dry. These are like 6"x6"x6" containers. If it's really humid out I might put a small ball of foil containing desiccant in there too.

I've always did prints on a cleaned shelf. I place sheets of aluminum foil down, and after placing the caps on the alum foil I place a new solo (plastic) cup over it with a penny propping the cup up. After 12-24 hours I remove the cap and put the cup back where it was for 24 hrs. The slight gap caused by the penny allows plenty of air to dry the prints, just make sure the print is in a draft free area and everything will be fine.
