DMT Freeze Percipitation

Hey Shroomery - it's been a while.
My brother's friend's dentist's postman recently did his first DMT extraction, and everything seems to have gone off without a hitch! He has 6 or 7 snow globes of naphtha solution sitting in his freezer with some beautiful crystal formations - sounds great, right? It is! But - there is a but - he has unexpected company that will make in inconvenient to harvest the spice this weekend - it will be possible, but not ideal. So, my brother's friend's denist's postman would like to know if there is any harm in letting the DMT/naphtha solution sit in the freezer for 5 or 6 days as opposed to 1 or 2? Any potential loss of yield or damage to the spice itself? He is inclined to think that there should not be any problem, but he does want to make sure.
He would also like to know, after harvesting, how should the DMT be kept? Airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place, yes? What about in the freezer? How long will it last under these conditions without any significant deterioration/loss of potency?
Many thanks for any responses that come my way.

You are in Canada? Im pretty far north US, and it is like 10 F here. I put them outside my window and cover them with snow. Its colder than my freezer.

Would have been an option about a week ago, but it just started to warm up this week and is now a whopping 10 degrees celcius outside! So unfortunately all of the snow is melted and all that is left is mud and water
My freezer is pretty cold though - the jars are freezing to the touch and I can't even hold on to them for more than a few seconds without a burning/freezing senstation on my fingers.

Pretty positive that it will be fine, if anything the crystals will really grow and your yield won't be hurt. most I have done was 3 days and it was just fine and neat looking actually.

Longer you leave the naptha frozen the more dmt will precipitate at least to a certain point. Larger crystals tend to form when you leave the naptha for long periods of time.
When your ready to pour off and dry the crystals, save the naptha and evaporate it in half. Then you can put it back in the freezer and get any remaining yield that should be in there.
Have fun
