That's the most innovative thought I've seen someone have in a long time.
Regardless, make the lids different next time

That's worth a try, I suppose.
It may very well not filter fine enough though. We shall see.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I was referring to the thought process here. The gears turning. Not the methods ability to be effective at its given intention,.
Just wanted to make that clear

Your posts are like an English major's and/or grammarian's worst nightmare.
This isn't an example of the pot calling the kettle black. It's like a spoonful of pitch pointing out some dust on the bottom of a white rose pedal.

Yeah, I know.
My comment was the irony of you correcting a spelling of mine, while a copious amount of posts made by you have untold amounts of misspelled words.
I see them everyday you post.
Pretty typical of scientists, really. My engineer friends' papers... well, let's just say their specialties lie outside the realm of written English.
It's quite alright. I would never pass judgment upon someone for misspelling a word, using incorrect grammar, punctuation error, etc.
As I'm a philosopher, and therefore have done much, much academic writing, I suppose it would not be unreasonable to hold myself to a higher standard than a scientist, though.
I'm gonna go read up on your shoulder impingement thread. I wanna learn more about that.
I have about the worst possible shoulders one could have, as all the connective tissue is so loose I can EASILY - and intentionally - slip my humerus right out of socket no problem, and without pain. I'm not sure I can dislocate my shoulder anymore, as all the tissue is so loose. I'm in no rush to find out, though.

Yah, that too...Another little nifty trick I've learned: Non-toxic Crayola chalk is a good substitute for Gypsum (Calcium sulfate). Grind down completely (a porcelain napkin holder in a wide, plastic bowl works well) grab a butter knife and add a "tip-full" of it to each jar and mix well BEFORE pc'ing.

Huh... I wonder if that would end up being cheaper.
I can buy approx. 5lb bags for about 5 bucks of pelletized garden gypsum. This kind:

Pretty cheap.

No way. I buy 5 of these at a time.

They are 36 lbs. for 15 bucks a piece at the farmer supply up the road.
No way crayola can top that.

True. SWIM stopped looking for Gypsum at Lowe's and Home Depot...This was the next best thing and is the exact same basic ingredient (calcium sulfate)

I can't remember. OH, Wait I remember. I went in and saved it as a Picture to my desktop.
From there it was just a matter of inserting a text box over the old one and editing the text in powerpoint. Then I saved it as a pic again and uploaded it to my shroomery account.
I though it was funny as hell at the time.

Yeah, it was funny.
It think it's funnier thinking about how funny you thought it was all super tired at the time.
