I've got these yellow things in all jars that show mycelium growth. Are these contaminations? Should I toss all jars out and start again?

Yes those are contaminates and the jars are shot. Try again and use proper sterile procedures and mason jars.

from the looks of those jars pretty scary contams. definitely get rid of jars and look through your procedure to avoid this in the future. there are no better teachers than trial and error.

You don't need mason jars for BRF/PF tek at all, just read through the tek you're using a couple more times and flame that needle! Drinking glasses with foil/verm layer work just fine for plenty of members..
What tek were you following OP, how did you inoculate your jars? The more info you provide the more we can help you out..

I'm using PF Tek for Simple Minds. And I indeed did not flame that needle this time. The thing is, I had 0th time with same Tek, when there was no sign of germination or contamination in any jar after one month and that time I did sterilize needle with flame. I thought that may be I killed spores with high temperature, so this time I sterilized needle only with alcohol.

Alcohol can not sterilize the inside of the needle.
