1) How long should I let my liquid culture stir; how long for it to recover before using it for inoculation?

stir long enough to break up well enough to suck up in syringe..you can use it as soon as you get it in your syringe...no recovery time needed.

Thanks, but I'm not using a syringe I'm just free pouring. Shouldn't change anything right?

good luck, dont pour too much and mess up your moisture....you're also taking much more of a risk of contam's in your jars and your LC by doing it that way...

I stir for 15 mins once a day, and give LC jars as long as any other jars to colonize, 10-14 days.
Cockiness aside, don't think that equipment is a substitute for experience. I don't have a flowhood, but I'd use syringes either way.

Doc, do you stir them for 15 mins for just one day, or 15/day for several days? And do you let the culture recover before syringing into your grain?

Stir plate is on a timer, stirs once a day. I usually shoot a couple test jars from each syringe right when I harvest.

Thanks Doc, but again, my primary question is unanswered. The question is:
For HOW MANY DAYS do you let your jars stir (for 15 mins each day), before transferring? Thanks again.

Already answered upthread, 10-14 days until I harvest. I shoot my first jars right then. I tend to use LC to start grain masters for g2g. Then each jar is a test jar for itself.
