I know you have like 6,000+ posts and you have probably been doing psychedelics longer than i have but when i get things dropped with lsd they ALWAYS glow blue. I have tried with a vial, blotters, sugar cubes and whole bunch of other candies. You can definitely see it
I'm telling ya, that's not the LSD making that glow. I don't mean to come off as a cocky bastard, but the fact is, I know what I'm talking about here. I'm just trying to spread a little knowledge. You can believe me or not...it's no skin off of my nuts.
What is causing the glow? Also I am abit concerned about the fact someone here says UV will damage the acid, is that true/confirmed? If so I will not bother as there isnt much point in damaging it in this way...

If you really wanna see I doubt a little bit of UV from a black light will damage potency much... Its generally a good idea to keep acid always in the dark, but it doesn't lose tons of potency carrying it out in the sun for a little bit - and as far as I know a black light has much less energy and longer wavelengths in its UV emissions (correct me if I'm wrong).

Okay, in no way am i trying to start an argument here. But for example i have dropped acid onto candies that have been multi colored, not just white and i put them under the black light and the drop was illuminated in a glowing blue. The only other thing in the lsd solution was water. Why else would the drops have glowed?

It could be any number of things. For example, dropping a fluid onto a candy will slightly alter the color of the candy where it landed. This will be much more obvious under a blacklight. Keep in mind that the doses we are talking about here are microscopic, and diffused throughout the solution.
A lot of folks also underestimate the power of LSD & thus overestimate the amount per dose. Even good, strong doses aren't nearly as potent as they are often made out to be. These amounts will not be visible to the naked eye.

Yeah, I got my blacklight at Petsmart. It was marketed to help find pet odor stains and whatnot.

But if every molecule is mixed throughout the solution and each one glows it may be able to be seen, and in my case it is. I just dropped a normal drop of water under a UV light and got out one of my hits, both on the same colored willy wanka shockers and the shocker with the water on it isnt glowing. But it doesn't really matter since im cameraless

A single hit contains no more than 100 micrograms at best. There's a thread about this somewhere from a while back, I really don't feel like trying to find it though. Look, I know the blue glow of which you speak & I've had vials that had a slight blue glimmer under certain lighting conditions (not just blacklights). However, that was of an exceptional quality & in a concentrated solution. Single doses will not show up.
I moved on from this lifestyle a while ago, but there was a time when LSD was an obsession of mine & I dedicated some years of my life to working with, spreading & researching it. There are a lot of myths surrounding LSD, and the backlight as an accurate method of detection is one of them. A few years ago I could've given ya a better explanation, but my focus has changed & I don't remember all the details

Well i suppose you may have experience, leading you to be correct im not sure.
I just don't know how to explain why my doses glow under UV
