Because you are impatient. You are supposed to let the fully colonized substrate consolidate for a week before you fruit it and even then it can take more than a week afterwards before you see any pins. If none of your substrates ever pins then you are seriously not paying attention to what your project needs. If the substrate has the right moisture content, you provide enough FAE, RH and light and the ambient temperature is in the right range then your cakes will eventually fruit. There is no way around it. Even in a less than ideal environment it will eventually fruit. Hell, I've seen shamelessly neglected projects fruit. You are doing something wrong somewhere.

maby its to much light Because they dont get fully darkness at any time because my computer light is still on at night think this threw them off?
Do they need 100% darkness 12 hours?

No, they don't. in fact they'll fruit just fine in any other on/off combination. The 12/12 schedule has been chosen, because it is known to get the best results, but it doesn't mean that other schedules will not give you any.

no, they don't need darkness at the fruiting stage. your temperatue seems to be right. but as german kahuna said, you must've been doing something wrong.
you have a hyrgrometer? what's the RH (relative humidity)?
and btw it shouldnt be 85 degrees. it should be maximum 75 degrees. 70 is better. they need a drop in temperature to initiate pinning.

Air pump isn't good enough you still need to fan to get rid of the stale gases that are sitting in there, fanning moves the air much more than a pump ever could, you need to fan at least 3 or 4 times a day even with a pump. FAE is #1 pinning trigger.

you should get a hygrometer and make sure that you have 90% RH or more. also you might want to fan 3-5 times a day to prevent CO2 buildup.

evaporation is a pinning trigger don't mist to much RR says all moisture should be dried after 30 mins, mist a fine mist into air over cakes and dont wet them down or they wont pin
