I think it's structured like a dream. That is to say, eventually, thought will manifest somewhere, somehow, or subtly, over time - ie. negative people will encounter negative things, positive people positive things. Also, being a dream, it is a creation of thought, and like thought, is not 'real' in the classical sense (physically manifest). It is real insofar as it's all there is, and it is manifest like a hologram is manifest, but it is no more and no less real than the dreams you have at night, or specifically, lucid dreams which you may or may not have experienced. I bring up holograms in a literal sense - not just to say that every part is the whole, but to refer to my mushroom experience in which I felt like I was living in a hologram - this happened every time and it doesn't make sense to me that random brain chemistry would show 'reality' to be a sublime hologram, so I took it for demonstration of the nature of my experience. Also, this whole dream, this whole thing, experience, whatever, is none other than You. Nothing else exists, because if it exists, it's You. That's one principle I cannot deny, especially after the mushroom experience.
Still, the whole thing is a batshit insane mystery. You (everything; God) is no accident, but Your existence IS the mystery, and may be a mystery to itself... which just deepens the mystery, as you can see! And I do not mean your body or your mind, but your consciousness, your very existence, which is One with the All.
Have you ever felt the nature of Yourself? It's like the perfect candleflame, somehow lit in a vacuum as to be undisturbed, simply 'flaming' and bringing you the most holy love...

I would say everything is true in its own way. It offers us glimpses into many other dimensions, which are all true in their own way. And there is no ultimate truth... there is infinite number of them, and they are 'defined by perspective of the observer'.

So your saying no one and nothing else exists except for yourself? to me that's a scary thought

It is a sort of sinister warning that there is some person or some thing in the Universe outside oneself: and the realization of that is as frankly frightening as the othe realization, that one is eternally alone, is horrible. --Aleister Crowley

i don't think the first scenario is nearly as scary as the second. i think most people live with belief of number one.
