Advice needed - Is my grow looking healthy?

Hi all,
I've been lurking on the forums for a while, trying to absorb as much advice as I can, but on this occasion would like to ask some opinions on my grow if I may.
I realise that the general consensus is that pre-colonised growkits are a waste of money, but in my case I don't have a lot of room and at the time I didn't have a lot of knowledge. I got the growkit to build my confidence and experience and intend to attempt a PF-Tek in the near future.
I've been keeping the grow in a constant 22-25 Celsius environment, and placed it in indirect sunlight during the day. It has been 10 days since dunking now.
OK so here goes: (sorry the pictures aren't the best, I don't have access to a decent camera at the moment)

^Here are a couple of shots of the top of the box, I notice there seems to be an excess amount of water compared to other grows I've seen. As the website I purchased the kit from didn't say to mist, I haven't been - this is purely condensation.

^This is my main concern, I first noticed this dark spot today. It looks as though the substrate is just squashed against the side of the plastic tub but seems a bit too dark.

^Another perspective of the side of the box

^Just a shot of the overall set up.
So really my questions are:
Is there too much water on the surface of the mycelium? If so, what damage will this do to my grow and how could I combat it?
Is the small black spot anything to worry about?
Thanks for taking a look and any replies are very much appreciated!

I know the picture isn't really of good enough quality to see exactly what's going on there. To be fair it's difficult to see it with my own eyes because it's so squashed up against the plastic. It's probably nothing, I'm just being extra cautious!
I am fanning it a few times before I go to work, and a few times after. Unfortunately I'm not able to during most of the day. The bag does have several air filters, but from what I've read on here most don't consider it sufficient FAE.
I'm not misting because there were no instructions to with the kit, and it seems very wet from the amount of humidity in the bag anyway?
Thanks for the speedy response
