Walking in a very damp paddock I've found these growing directly out of cow pats.

Stem: Thin, blue oxidation upon touch/trauma
Cap: White, brown centre, approx size - 10cent piece
Gills: Dark brown
Bruising: Very prominent blue
Spore Print: Awaiting
Thanks guys.

Well, wait for confirmation, but I have a feeling you may have struck gold! Panaeolus cyanescens! Try to take a better photo of bluing on the stem.

In the first picture the mushrooms look to be Pan. Cyan's. In the 2nd & 3rd pictures the mushrooms look to be Panaeolus papilionaceus_var_ papilionaceus

I doubt that, papilonaceus would never bruise blue.
