apparently fell asleep at the wheel (still unsure as to what exactly whappened, i had amnesia) i forgot to mention intially- i rolled my car atleast 7 times. *********PICTURES COMING SOON******* im going to get a DUI for it but not for alcohol just weed at least this is what im assuming as when I arrived in the hospital the first order of duty was police officers trying to arrest me for something - keep in mind I could have easily passed the sobreity test if it had been out in "the field" and I did not feel drowsy or sleepy when I started driving the part was that i wasn't even high when it happened. most likely going to get a DUI when I wasn't even fucked up, how fucked up!? the facepalm part is that they demanded a blood test. the hospital did a test that showed i was sober- would this be something that I need to bring to court? if so is it possible to obtain this now?
but before i know it im being rescued by this mexican guy, god bless his soul. and yes imo NDE R crazy and similar to a psychedelic exoperience, except horrifying rather than pleasent. i thought i was going to die for sure.
slowly but surely i pieced everything together. finally
let me add that this is probably the most excruciating pain ive ever felt and perhaps the most stressful situation ive ever been in, things were looking so optimistic for me and now ugh i dont even know anymore i will add more details soon, but,
anyone have questions or comments? I know I didnt type all of the incident out so I'm welcome to whatever

Residual THC levels are a pain in the ass. It's the primary reason I didn't fight my DUI in court.

it would be cool if you could get into the near death experience as vividly and descriptively as possible.

He died for 5 seconds lost control and crashed which thus knocking you out. The mexican probably raped you while you were knocked out by the crash. The cops weren't trying to arrest you.. they probably dressed you after they chased the mexican that was trying to drag you into his car. You were RAPED.

lame did they screw u based on residual levels? the alcohol test was negative I know for sure, but I also know for sure that the marijuana results would come back positive and I let the cops know this for sure. apparently they are testing for the "levels" of thc in my system but I still think they are going to get skewed lab results b/c of just how much pot I do indeed smoke on a regular basis. if they can pinpoint how much was in my system during the crash tho I have a feeling I might get let off with just wreck-less driving, this is also something that the cops said to me. my suspicion though is that the cops just lied to me about this, and will not be able to pinpoint specific times and levels, meaning they are just going to throw a DUI blanket over the test regardless of if I was actually intoxicated at the time. they just needed some hard proof to substantiate the crime. meh

I don't know much about the residual THC laws, but they seem like absolute bullshit. Unless it's a blood test only. But if they're testing your urine, etc then that's just ridiculous. That's almost like giving someone a DUI because of the natural alcohol present in your body. The levels are far too low to have any effect.

My blood test came back positive for THC. (And 0.07% BAC.) So I said to my lawyer "Come on, that doesn't mean shit. I coulda smoked the day before the arrest." They sent it to an independent lab, and I guess the levels were so high that my lawyer said they could prove I smoked the day I was driving. (Within hours, they claimed.)
Plus even trying to fight this kind of thing in the conservative area where I was... it just wasn't worth it. The risks involved with getting a DUI are too high! SR-22 insurance, losing your license, stays on your record for 10 years, 2nd offense costs you a lot more, etc...
I decided to just take a (shitty) plea bargain (Wet Reckless, acts as DUI #1 in the case of future offenses)... Rather than call their bluff and take them to court. If I would've tried to take them to court, I might've gotten a better plea bargain. (Dry reckless-- removing the implications of alcohol involvement.) I also might've gotten a long, drawn-out trial where I would've been found guilty of DUI.
Nowadays, just one drink if I'm driving. I figure I never get over 0.01% with my tolerance. (My alcohol tolerance is relatively high these days.) It's fucked up that I have to do this IMHO, but... C'est la vie.

My NDE was extremely psychedelic as well, although mine was as pleasant as such a thing could be. There were visuals unlike anything I've ever managed on DMT. What made yours psychedelic? The familiar feeling of, "oh, I'm leaving now," or visuals, or OOBE? We must know!

definately the visuals and the sense of "holy fuck im dying" while also not knowing wtf is going on, the thought actually arose during the incident...."wait am i just tripping out really hard?" it was all really confusing, the mexican guy running around and blood everywhere with half warped vision and half no vision- it was fucked up
sorry i am not going into much detail im in a lot of pain and am not in the condition to do a lot of typing/thinking
they only gave me 20 5mg vicodin, i'm already out, does anyone know anything I can do to get more pain pills? this pain is excruciating. if the doctors won't precribe me any i'm going to just look on the streets (its unfortunate that in this day and age it's hard to get adequate medical care- im in pain LOTS of it, i need help, yet they won't help me? im drug seeking? fuck that noise, ill get stronger and cheaper medicine on the streets then, fuckers)

"Tolerance" doesn't mean your BAC is less.
Building "tolerance" means your impairment is less with the same BAC.

Also, why does your whole body hurt? No seatbelt?
