I feel like I deserve a good lashing on my bare back with a bull whip, the maybe the scars would remind me to never leave a soaking cake on the stove. Thank you though, at least maybe I will get some sleep tonight and just hope they are ok.

Damn that sucks...holy crap...i got 5 cakes, 3 which are almost fully colonized, and im about to birth em pretty soon. I will be sure to not do something like that.
Matter of fact there is TONS of green mold spores all thru my kitchen so i will be dunking with spring bottled water in my closet probably.

Birthed my other two cakes this morning and made sure not to leave them sitting anywhere near the stove. Rinse and roll tomorrow, then hopefully in a week or so I will have some home made porn to post.
Still have 4 more that are slowly filling the jars with healthy myc, although they are already showing a few small metabolite spots they are lookin good. Maybe another two weeks and I will be giving birth again. Geeze thats faster than rabbits reproduce.

My cakes are CLOSE to being fully colonized and i can't wait...im having the labor pains. I been peeping at the ultrasound too much times if ya know what i mean. It makes the growth so slow

lol...my cakes should be fully colonized in the next few days they just got that one uncolonized spot.
and as soon as the one spot fills in ima start the 7 day countdown

I Love the place the shroomery takes me to in my life. especially when I'm high. I love to just sit here and learn while I wait for the right time to grow. And it makes me think alot differently in everyday life. It makes me think a little more analytically, like an experiment or something.
i really feel good having a hobby to kind of, fall into all the time. Anywhere I go I can look for interesting fungi and plants, and grow just about anywhere. I love the open stealthiness of it. I'm always wondering if other people I see grow. you never know who you could be talking to on here or something.

Despite my two cakes hot tub bath at over 106F, since I have had them in the fruiting chamber it looks as if the mycellium may still be growing. I am now baking verm at 350 for 30 minutes to roll my other two cakes. The slow cakes are still slowly but steadily progressing it may be two more weeks before they are ready for birthing  . I will keep everyone updated and may have some new pics in a week or so, hopefully with some pinning! I think I may even see some knots now but if you stare at something long enough you usually see what you are looking for even if it isn't there.
