Pan. subbs

Hey everyone, I'm new to this, inexperienced, and just hoping to find an answer to my question. Spring is on the way, and I was wondering  if I purchased some cow manure from a garden supply store, would Panaeolus subbalteatus grow naturally on it? I'd appreciate civil answers only please, there's no need to be an assh*le about it. Thanks.

You'd have better luck with horse shit...

Panaeolus subbalteatus do NOT grow on cow dung.. (they will, but, not naturally).

No, mushrooms grow from spores they don't just magically appear. You'd end up with something you won't want to eat growing out of the shit.

you could try a simple outdoor tek. more labor intensive/complicated than your proposed method, but stiall rather easy and astronimicaly more likely to work.

for info on outdoor teks, take a look at many of MOE's posts, as he is rather fond of low maintanence outdoor grows.

BTW, wheat straw would be a good bet too but it's far more prone to competitive contamination than horse poo.
