What sort of time range is it between casing and pins? and how do you know its time to freak out.

I'd say anywhere between 10-20days.

ya I was thinking about 7-14 days I wish someone would post a few pics on casings that pinned the next day or the day they pinned so I can help my buddy out but I just dont know what im looking for and its his first time growing. Any ideas ? he lives 2 hours away so I dont want to make the drive unless I know what im looking for.
