Very nice selection.
I'm interested in king oyster and shiitake, is the shiitake the 75 strain?

I'm interested in your Shiitake WVM-075 and WVM-090 cultures, do you know if either of these pin on straw?
I was planning on placing a order for just the king oyster culture and then I saw the number 75 paired with Shiitake and started thinking this may be a good strain to try with straw.

Strain WVM-090: What does the WVM stand for? What is the difference in this strain compared to others? I need a new shiitake culture but am unsure which to pick.
