I've got some jars, they just started colonizing after about 30 days. Maybe it would have been faster to start over, I nearly scrapped the project several times. I'm glad I didn't. I still wonder what the problem might have been. (am I supposed to take the lids off now and then, or leave them sealed up?)
Maybe restart half of the jars? Something to consider.

What kind of conditions are the jars in? Temperature?

Angry S had the right idea..." What are your temps? "
heat them suckers up and if that syringe had ANY spores in it.. they should go.
Did you shake your syringe before using it? you might have had spores stuck to the inside that never got out.
