How refreshing. Someone speaking to something that we know exists.
Emotionality, mental and spiritual are all intertwined.
Prove it .

How your emotions are and what your mindset/thoughts are create your attitude. Your attitude determines what actions you will take and thus creates experience. Experience determines reality. Behind all of this is your core, the spirit.

There is no good nor evil yet it boils down to actions and reactions and points of views. It's up to the individual to find what works best for them, though some do find solace in negativity.
If it works for you go with it. Just don't expect me to play nice when debating you

Do you have any proof that the mind, spirit, and emotions aren't connected? If one is in disarray I'm preeetty sure there would be an effect on the others.

About the same amount of proof that you have regarding my being a crimson Rastafarian echidna with 4 dreadlocks who can glide on a mission to find my missing emerald.

Ya, and the same amount of proof you have for a spirit, zero.

If in your eyes we lack a spirit/soul, then what do you see humanity as? Mere sacks of bone and flesh and sinew that rot in the Earth upon death, no more no less? What then constitutes the mechanics of astral projection among other non-physical states of being/phenomenon?

Yes, we are nothing more than flesh. i already told you i was a materialist. Astral projection is nothing more than hallucinations. People have hallucinated everything from alien abduction to meeting jesus in heaven.

Sorry that's not how it works in this forum. The person making the claim provides proof when challenged. Now put up or shut up.

Have you personally ever experienced astral projection (not dissociative or psychedelic induced, but sober) before dismissing it as a mere 'hallucination'? If you are to ask for proof otherwise then I verily say that the proof is in the experience.
Ah, you somewhat remind me of my days of nihilism and ultra-Nietzsche worship.

Experience is not proof, no matter how emphatically you want it to be.

Not condescending, I meant it sincerely. I did actually mean he reminded me of when I was heavily steeped in nihilistic ideals and Nietzsche.
How is experience not proof? When the experience occurs, it occurs. That is proof. Though usually the human who experiences it begins applying words and their own beliefs and bias to the experience afterwards, distorting it.

Your only evidence is that you claim to have experienced it and you think it was real... Ya, thats not going to suffice. People claim bullshit everyday with their evidence being some personal experience.
Lol, ultra-Nietzsche worship? Attack my rationale and arguments rather than resorting to vague personalisms.

It's not proof because it cannot be demonstrated or repeated by another.
