What substrate gives the most potent mushrooms? It is all in how they are grown and dried, right?

dung gives you the most potent fruits!
some strains carry different trips though, some are more potent than others too but nothing to significant...

Bluesky,dung really is not hard.It can be as simple as taking dung and pastuerizing for 8 min in the microwave,letting it cool and mixing with ground up BRF/Verm cakes

Dung isn't prone to contaminates after mixing with BRF cakes? I have papaver's poo tek and it says nothing about steralization after pasturization, that's why Im hesitant about it. I guess dung is just a helper substrate for nutrients.

From everything I've heard, using millet to spawn cow dung is the best way to go, period, and not just for more potent shrooms but for larger, more contam resistant ones.

You can mix BRF cakes with poo.
I wouldn't sterilize the poo...pasturize it.
