Selecting a blower for 24 x 18 hepa filter?

Hi, I'm building a 24x18 flow hood rated at .8" of static pressure + a prefilter ~.2", and I've read around and realize I need...
2' * 1.5' = 3' 3' * 120-150 = 360 - 450 cfm @ 1" SP
and I've searched and searched for a fan that produces somewhere near the given flow rate, but I haven't been able to find one. They're either too low or too high. I've checked so many at grainger.com and then found the corresponding spec sheet and the only one I could find that would work is the Dayton 1TDU2, but it produces ~1000 cfm @ 1" SP... Could someone please point me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Try the search function. There was just a thread on this during the last few days. In fact, just scroll down. He even gives the Dayton part number. Don't use 'fan' as the search term. The proper term is 'blower'. RR

I see he is using the 1TDT7, but even on high that fan only produces ~210 cfm @ 1" SP, not the recommended 360-450 cfm.

You have to compare the blower chart to the filter chart. Most filters are set up for lower static pressure. Many of the new ones produce rated flow at .5 W.G. That blower produces the flow you want at .8" W.G. Where's the chart on your filter? RR

no more replies? the fan suggested isnt rated to output the necessary air flow? has anyone tried this fan and filter size combo?

2 persons could help you here (at least)
1- RogerRabbit ... he's the one that help me to fix some of my problems.
2- "Me" I built mine less than 1 month ago and my result are 0% contams... and I'm a newbie that is making mistakes (moving my jars in front of the wrong one, make transfer out of the airflow zone.. that sort of small thing that increase the risk of contams)
So I guess my help could be useful to lead you a bit about laminar airflow.
Even if my blower is a 1/3 hp instead of 1/5 hp... note that these kind of motors usually have 3 speeds... so I just had to used the lower speed and as recommended me RR... I've partially (80%) put a cardboard over the prefilter to create a restriction but to keep the same efficiency (Prefilter + Hepa)
What are you actual option for your furnace blower ?
Do you already have one ? Do you already bought the hepa filter or your just planning to by XYZ size cause you read it somewhere and actually think that it would be great to got that size ?
Could you give me (us) some details about your plan, what material is available to you and what's on your mind ?

There's different way to "engineer" you flowhood, there's 2 main way... the basic and well known one : " Air blowing from the rear of the hepa or you have the up push style.
Give me a day to make a great complete post... And I'll provide you the link here in your post.
The more details you could give us, the easiest it would be to help you.
I've make so much research about that shit... I will probably be able to answer a lot of you configuration questions.
For the "mathematical" & "electrical" questions, RR would be for sure a better help than me for this part... and i'm not saying that he cant for the rest !
It's just that I've spend at least 25h of research about every building aspect of the thing !
