I have a pair of vibrams, I prefer my Feelmax Osmas though.

I broke my ankle in some Vibrams playing Louieville Chugger after I got em.  Still plan to bust em out this summer though

Had a pair for about a year now and will NEVER go back.  I tried running in my shoes one day and it killed my knees.

Did he dream about dragons? Did he dream about deer? Did he whisper  he names of friends who were near?
What songs did they play, and how far away? Why did he whisper, why did she scream?
What does the sound of a screen door mean?
Who talks on the hill? Who goes to the cellar, can you feel the chill? Where does the river, when will the wind?
How far are the mountains? Where do they end? Why would the church?
Did the service begin? Tell me who died, and tell me who cried.
Help me hide in the skin of a deer, my zippered-up bag in the mouth of a stag so swiftly I go through rows of does,
it flows, it flows, it flows, it flows all over the hill where the green grass grows.

I saw some guy recently wearing those with toe socks underneath.  It's definitely on my wish list.

I've had mine for a few years. Now EVERYONE seems to have them and i see them advertised everywhere. But I love them. Do not really wear them in the winter though. I do have a hole in the fabric in the big toe

Also, this has been posted before

I bought you a paddle for your paper canoe

Maybe I'll be back here too

Eh, finding size 15 shoes ain't easy. I do all my shoe shopping online because most people laugh and say "wait, you're being serious?" when I try to find shoes in stores.

Then you go ya. You know what they say about men who have big feet right? Then there like  They have big shoes.

Sup... I got mine during the fall... they are AMAZING during the non-snowy months, but unfortunately they are not water tight and do not handle slush well at all. (it gets all caught in your toes like on a dog's foot, then your toes get verrrrry cold and wet.)

They make little socks for em too, if you're into that sort of thing. I find that they do have a stink-factor for me... the rubbery feet smell was really strong at times when I'd take them off. And my feet themselves would stink. :frown: The socks make it so your feet don't sweat, but at the sacrifice of a little tactile accuracy and responsivity. So for casual wearing I wear them with socks to keep my feet smell-free, but if I am exercising I think I would go without them.

I honestly didn't get much of a chance to use them in the fall... in the spring I am going to start running in them... gonna have to find some good off-road trails though, I don't want to run on pavement in them.

These are pushed heavily by teh kettlebell community -- I haven't gotten a pair myself but i've wanted one since I heard of them.

I'll probably end up gettin some soon enough for the spring/summer hikes

dude...there's a kettlebell COMMUNITY? I have a friend who is all into them and keeps trying to recruit me...I prefer my exercise outdoors and more natural. So it IS some kind of cult. I see. Because this girl is OBSESSED...

WTF are vibrams? I don't see your link.:frown: You don't have to answer. *creeps curiously over to google*

EDIT:

Oh, my, god, I want some.

it's like being barefoot without all the shit stuck in the bottom of your foot...and without the awful callouses that make my feet look oh-so-not-feminine-enough.

I can only imagine how fucking bad they would smell if I had a pair. Shit, my sandals smell like death and they're opened-toed (obviously).

It's weird, man.  My sandals smell like shit too but my vibrams never have the slightest odor.
