idea on the terrarium....

I was thinking since taking off the lid to fan to get rid of the Co2 your risking your cakes or whatever else to get contams. Would it be a good idea to put on of those really small cpu fans tordes the bottom of the Rubbermaid container and turn it on when it's time to fan? Then shut it right off after 5 mins or even less? This way your not risking the chance of your cakes to get dried out. It wouldn't really hurt the humidity in the tub because your turning the fan right off... Your probably better off using a timer and set it for maybe 3 times a day? What you guys think of this idea? I'm sure I wasn't the first genius to figure it out lol.. Thx
