I have heard people talk of having HORRIBLE nightmare-ish trips on acid that negatively effected them for some period of times afterwards.
Does this happen with DMT? How does a bad dmt trip compare to a bad acid trip.
This might seem like a dumb question, but I know some one interested in this substance but I am worried that if it went bad on her it would be pretty bad, as she is in her late 50's and sort of loony.
it only lasts like 5 minutes earth time but in hyperspace anything is possible its pretty wicked intense shit brah

you can feel like your dying, and not as in ohh im having an ego death, as in dude im literally dying, im dead, time has stopped, and during this eternity you can feel like your being physically torn to shreds and feasted upon by malevolent entities that are feeding off of your terror and shock with no escape.
Thats how bad dmt can get.
But in some more thangs, i think i might make two batches of changa, one with passionfruit flower, or some caapi if its accessible, and another with that "Electric Sheep: 50% Blue Lotus - 50% Calea" or "The Mekong: 50% Passionflower - 50% Blue Lotus".
Main idea is i want one maoi mix for obvious reasons, and a non maoi but and tastegoodman blend.

does this linger for weeks or months later?
People have implied you forget the DMT trip to a certain extent pretty fast.

That's because no matter how weird it gets in there when you come back the afterglow is the supreme level of joyfulness.

I remember reading an account by Strassman of some lady's bad experience with IV DMT involving getting raped by psychedelic crocodiles.

Yeah it was actually a dude. He said one was in front of him and one was behind him, smashing him in the middle. I think "rape" is an exaggeration though. Strassman said he looked like he was about to cry when he came back to reality.

Ah word, thanks for the correction... been a long time since I've read the book. Still pretty hilarious though.

He said he was raped but I don't think that term fits what actually happened. Rex, another DMT volunteer, said insects were feasting on his chest while having sex with him. When Strassman asked him about it later he said it wasn't literally intercourse but that was the best way he could describe what they were doing to him. Sounds a lot like Terence McKenna's description of the self-transforming elf machines which would jump in and out of his body.
