I feel like my will power is increased ten fold. I become very sensitive to emotions, not just sexual ones, but I can look or think about sex and can have multiple orgasms. its unbelievable really. I only feel like I must is if I am having too much sex over a long period of time in which spilling is still accidental but its more like my cup is overflowing. but I don't need as much sleep and I the amount of heat I can generate is amazing. Kundalini is as real as it gets. But alot of this too has to do with the fact that I have been meditating for several years and It has changed me literally in many ways..

word.. do you start to get any physical/mental/emotional indicators when your "cup is overflowing," or does your body just kind of take care of it for you?
also, do you have any recommendations on meditation techniques for persons somewhat new to meditation? any techniques that you found to be superb? i realize it's gonna be different for everyone maybe. this is what i do now http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/14906582
i really want to be more disciplined with meditation as i find the benefits truly remarkable..

Yes, when my internal organs feel like they are on fire. it really depends on what my intentions are.
I didn't really have any techniques to be honest. I was just try to think black. Now its a conundrum of waves fractaliting if that makes any sense.
Most people don't believe me when I say that I have had neuroplsticity. In how it moves, and how I can move it and how the focus moves to my frontal lobe. there is a lot that has changed ;-)

I just wanted to mention that I've been reading this thread for a while, and practicing the challenge myself. I am single for the first time in a decade, and I didn't want to spiral into a fap-machine with the reigns handed to Mr. Penis, so I was quite pleasantly struck when stumbling onto this post. I never would have expected to see this at the Shroomery!
So far, I have noticed amazing results. Partly this is in conjunction with many other changes that have accompanied the break of my relationship. I sleep around 2 hours less a night, and most days have crazy energy (a good amount goes to mycology ), and am voraciously learning and growing both internally and externally.
I spanked it once last week because the sexual energy was getting distracting. I definitely felt more weary and drained for about 36 hours. I didn't look at porn, which was surprising. I'm in my thirties, so I haven't noticed morning wood for a quite a while, but now its raging every day without fail. Other than these distracting wake-n-bones, I'm finding the fap urge is dying away pretty naturally, the more I get used to it.
The little hints of appreciation for this thread's idea that I've dropped to my friends and family have gotten very bad reactions, so I'm keeping it to myself and among the readers here. My parents even acted like I was joining some cult because the idea is so foreign to them!
And I've got to say that its quite strange to be talking about this stuff publicly. But again, the strangeness is positive, and I'm quite happy to participate in this thread for its self-seeking, its deep questions, and its occasional bursts of hilarity.

Your post has some amazing insights Shabd_Mystic. However, I completely disagree with this quoted point. I believe you can only rise as high as your teacher if you follow one in a devotional manner. If you are having trouble with morning would try breathing from the abdominal region to move the chi around. that should allow you to use the will more. Just thought I would add that enjoy..

do you mean basically just breathing in from the bottom of the belly taking deep breaths rather than short shallow breaths?

I'm quite intrigued by this thread. I've read 5 pages worth of posts and I plan on reading the whole thing but I have some questions for everyone participating in the challenge. And that is, how has dreaming gone for you? Have they been more vivid? Have you had more control of the dream itself?
I ask because I've read that sexual energy is essential to accomplish lucid dreaming and I've never been able to accomplish it, so I'm looking to invest into a long term non-ejaculation plan but it's hard and I need some inspiration. Any thoughts?
I think I should note that the only time I've been able to lucid dream is once, when i was a kid and I remember a lot about it. (They say that's usually the case when it's an isolated incident.) And yes, it was before I started masturbating. But maybe it's the weed, who knows..

That is very very interesting. Morning wood has been a bane of mine for too long. Thanks for the tidbit. Also, what you said about the will has also interested me. What else do you know about "the will"? I've read most of the Castaneda books, so I have a bit of insight into the matter. To my knowledge, I've never been able to actually reach out and grab something with it but of course I'd love to be able to.

yes. pull it all the way in and all the way out. the quick breaths are good for changing brain wave state.

an addiction just like any other, although a costly one which will have the individual's brain, sharpness, focus, will power and life force down the toilet as no proper blood flow will get to the parts of the brain that regulate proper hormones like serotonin. if the blood flow slows down to the frontal lobe, it will atrophy.
