Average flush weight per 1/2 pint jars?

My friend was wondering what the average flush weight per 1/2 pint jars of rye flour / verm was. Can anyone help me out?

hasn't there been like 30 of these questions the past week? dang... anyway, it all depends, anywhere from 0-100 haha. it depends if you case it, let them grow of the cake, whethere you're a mycologist, I dunno. hard to tell. I guess the average is around 6 grams dry? anyone care to argue?

First time growers will be lucky to get 3g per cake.

People who are good at it might get 7g, but by the time you get that good you should be doing grains.
