    #13757354 - 01/09/11 12:20 PM (13 years, 1 month ago)

Anyone have any experience with taming a wolf?
Would you try and raise a wolf cub if you could
You may choose only one

Fuck you asked 2 questions, meant to vote Yes.

I have a seen pictures of a guy that has a wolf or two for pets, he lives in Italy though. I think he may breed them.

I'd love to have a 'pet' wolf if I could.

I have some friends who live in the mountains in CA, who have a pet wolf cub and a husky pup.  Also a neighbor of a friend of mine in rural southern VA used to crossbreed timberwolves with German shepherds.

I've heard that wolves can make excellent companions, but that there is always a part of them that you can't domesticate and you have to keep an eye on.  They are incredibly intelligent and curious, and they can kill you very quickly if they become curious about, say, the way your heart beats in your chest.

and I will have the will, strengthened
as I’ll be with contemplation and study—
at the crucial moments I’ll recover
my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

I was in indiana a while ago and a neighbor of the guy I was visiting had raised a wolf outside, never tamed it, just fed it until it was full grown and then shot it for its coat and head.  Wanted to puke when I heard the story.

Sorry about the poll, just trying to make an interesting post, thanks for the interest.

A wolf probably would too.

Dingo's are rather thin/weak compared to a wolf.

Wolves get a bad rep, far worse then they deserve. It all depends animals have character traits and temperaments that they gain when there still in the womb just like humans. It'll still have that small part of it wild in it, but if you raised it from birth Im betting you got a better chance of winning the lottery then getting attacked by it with a intent to kill.

I would so raise a wolf if I could.
