what might this one be?

it is the only cactus at the botanical gardens where i live that does not have a name tag saying what species it is

any one have a clue? i know the pic is crap but i am curious!

Well, it doesn't look like trichocerus to me. Maybe some species of cerus? It's ribbed pretty deeply.
