It seems like I just can't fruit my cakes at all! What can I do? I try to keep the humidity up and exchagne the O2 to Co2 as much as I can, as well I keep the tempature around 70 - 76 F. What else can I do they just wont pin at all.

I'm no expert... but I get the impression that light is required to start the fruiting, even although it is not required for growing... you didn't mention anything about that.. so perhaps?
If anyone can confirm this as I'm not really sure....

fanning, lowering the temp and light will help induce pinning. it can take over a week. keep a close eye the pins are white to begin with
