There is no problem re-sterilizing your casing material. My friend always mixes and sterilizes too much. He just saves it until next time and cooks it again.

hey fugu,
long time no see .
a casing should be non-nutritional . all it is really for, is to provide moisture . so, if you sterilize it, all you have to loose is contamination .

i got casings also with nutritionaal .takes more time to fruit.i want to try direct shit also.but yes no potent no nutritional layer .the fact.
