All these "supercakes" lately are just casings folks. And as for the "Eatualive tek" That's really just a casing too. If you mix the cakes with equal amount of poo and keep it at the proper temps it should colonize in around 2-4 days.Use a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of dung/spawn for quick colonisation. It's quick as hell and the poo is much better than BRF/VERM anyday. I don't understand why you'd want to sterilize brf and verm and use as a bulk substrate,it contams SO much easier than straw or poo will. It'd be easier and you'd probably have better results using a standard bulk tek.You can just pastuerize some poo in the microwave for 5-8 min and let it cool, then mix it. Mix with the spawn at 1:1 or 1:2 and you could be growing bulk in under a week. Cold shock and usually see pins in right about a week from the day poo and spawn were mixed(6-9days)

Man,that's just a casing and this is in no way advanced.I could go make a PF jar and say "It's a casing that takes place INSIDE the jar!!!" But it would really just be a damn cake and would in no way be worthy of "advanced cultivation" .

Seriosuly, this is "Advanced Cultivation" and some of us take it serious, not trying to be an asshole but next time don't clutter these forums with things that are not advanced in anyway. On a side note-Your casing doesn't look all that bad, should have kept it in the container it was in though. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Well, the flatcakes are for people that don't want to use straw and dung. I don't want to carry a bail of straw up to my 3rd level apartment, for one.
Eatualive's tek is a great way for people just using the pf tek to increase yeilds without using bulk substrates. It's not a casing, just a big, flat cake.
Bah.

I'd at least like to see people doing the 50/50 casing over flat-cakes.
